Business Visa to Uzbekistan Requirements

Provide your signed original passport book.  
NOTE: Your valid passport book must have at least six months of remaining validity and at least one blank page in it.

One (1) completed  Visa Application Form.  
NOTE: improperly completed forms may delay the processing of your visa.  The signature on each visa application must be original. 

Two (2) passport picture in color, front view and with a plain/light background.

Formal written request for issuance of visa must be submitted by the inviting organization in Uzbekistan (Government office, Embassy or representative office, etc.) to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan (address: 9 Uzbekistan St., Tashkent, 700029)

Business Visa applicants must include a business letter of responsibility typewritten on your company letterhead from their employer is required and must be addressed to: Embassy of Uzbekistan. The letter must explain all of the following: o Nature of business to be performed; o Name and address of reference to be visited in Uzbekistan; o Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit. This letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

Applicants must submit with their application an invitation letter from the Uzbekistan Company they intend to visit, explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel. In addition, the letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay, and contact information.

Business multiple or single-entry visas issued only upon the confirmation received by the Embassy from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. Consular Visa Processing Fee: Fees must be paid in US dollars with either a money order or cashier's check made payable to the "Embassy of Uzbekistan"

Visas are usually valid for 10 days to 12 months based on the invitation and consular fees paid with consulate's discretion.

Visa is processed when confirmation has been received by the Embassy from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.

If you do not have any blank visa pages in your passport, you must first submit your passport to have pages added, or if your passport expires within six months, you must first renew your passport.  Please call us to assist you with obtaining or renewing your passport, or adding pages to your existing passport book.  We can secure your visa using the added pages or new passport.

Non US-passport holders, temporary foreign visitors with a valid US visa, or foreign residents with legitimate status in the US may apply for a visa to Uzbekistan.  Applicants in these categories must send a photocopy of their US Green Card, Work Permit, I-20 Form, valid US Visa, and valid ID along with the above requirements.  The Embassy will decide whether to issue the visa on a case by case basis. The Embassy may ask the applicant to provide additional documents.

Applicants under the age of 18 (eighteen) MUST provide the following documents in addition to the standard requirements stated above:

 

Copy of Birth Certificate

Signed Letters of Consent by both parents

Photocopies of the parents' passports (bio-data page) or valid ID.
