A letter addressed to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington, D.C. by the applicant’s employer in the U.S., which confirms the applicant’s position and that he is being sent on a business visit related to his company. This letter must include the following information: Introduce the applicant, indicating the applicant’s employment status/position held in the company, Nature of the business to be performed, Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit. The letter must be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant. |

Official invitation from Saudi Arabia addressed to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington, D.C. An electronic invitation letter from a Saudi company. Document certified by both the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The invitation should include: Applicant’s name, nationality, position, Length of visa, purpose of travel, and number of entries requested. The registration number of the host company’s business registration. |

Log on to https://enjazit.com.sa/ . Click on“Apply for a visa to enter the Kingdom by individuals” (first option of Electronic Services).Complete the online request for a Business/Commercial visa. It is important to record the request number on the application and present it to the Consulate. This form must be completed and submitted on-line using Internet Explorer. In order to complete this form you will need to have a scanned passport photo available and be prepared to pay a processing fee of $10.50 by MasterCard/Visa. After completing the registration it is extremely important to print a copy of the registration and payment confirmation pages to include with your application and sent to IAG. |

Notes: Visitors should not overstay the time granted by the visa. Business visas do not grant the applicant the right to work or to reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Visitors to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must abide by the country’s Islamic laws and regulations and respect its society’s values and traditions. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s laws against drug trafficking are strictly enforced. Violators are subject to severe punishment, which may include the death penalty. Passport must not contain any evidence of prior or intended travel to Israel: Holders of passports with Israeli stamps form Israeli birthplace in them or choice Jewish religion in application have been refused entry/visas.
