Confirmation of Stay: You must submit the original Standard Tourist Confirmation and Official Voucher issued by an authorized Russian travel agency or a hotel that is registered with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The confirmation should include the reference number, seal, and signature of the authorized agency’s delegated official. NOTE: IAG can assist you obtain the necessary Confirmation and Voucher, if requested. Additional fees will apply. |

Letter of Introduction: A cover letter written by the applicant and addressed to the “Embassy of Russia, Visa Section, Washington, D.C.” and which must include the following information: Introduce the applicant, indicating the applicant’s position in the company. State the nature of the business to be performed by the applicant. Guarantee return transportation and sufficient funds for the applicant’s visit. Be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant. |
