Visas to Nigeria Requirements

• Passport Requirements:
  Provide your signed original passport book. Please note: Your valid passport book must have at least six months of remaining validity and at least one blank page in it. Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visa stamps.
• Completed Visa Application Form & Embassy Visa Fees: All visa applications and the payment of fees must be done through the Nigeria Immigration Website at
  https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/visa/newvisa/zone/conventional
  Complete the online form. NOTE: Improperly completed forms may delay the processing of your visa.
• After completing the online form, please print it out and submit it.
  Proceed to the payments section and carefully follow the instructions to make the $112.00 payment for the visa. If there are any difficulties, please contact us. We can fill out the payment information for you but there will be an additional fee.
  Please be sure to print out the confirmation of payment and attach it to the application.
• Two passport pictures in color, front view and with a plain/light background.
• Proof of travel: Round trip air tickets and hotel reservation, or Letter of Invitation from host.
• Nigerian Consular Fee: One copy of the Confirmation of your online payment, as indicated above in the online Visa Application instructions.
• Two (2) copies of the Letter of Authorization (each must have an original signature).
  Complete the IAG Customer Order Form
• Letter of Introduction: A letter from your US Company printed on company stationery and addressed to the “Embassy of Nigeria, Visa Section, Washington D.C.”. This letter must:
• Introduce the applicant, indicating the applicant’s position held in the company;
• Explain the nature of the business to be performed and the employee number;
• Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit;
• The letter must be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
• Letter of Invitation: A letter from the company to be visited in Nigeria explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel. In addition, the letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay, and the company’s contact information.

To complete the process of hiring IAG, you must place your order online and make your payment. Once your order has been processed, you will immediately receive a call from one of our visa specialists, who will personally walk you through the application process and send you our step-by-step information package via email.
